​What do you check during a visit?​
We inspect the exterior and interior, including doors, windows, plumbing, HVAC, signs of leaks or damage, pest activity, and more. You will receive a detailed digital report after each visit.​
Do you enter the home during each visit?
Yes, unless requested otherwise. We perform thorough interior and exterior checks to help identify any issues early.

Who will have access to my home?
Only the business owner or approved team members. All personnel are background-checked, trained, and held to high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.​​

​Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
The state of Florida does not require licensing. However, Trinity Home Watch is fully bonded and insured for your peace of mind and protection.
